BURSTERS/DECOLLATORS

Duplo bursters and decollators are designed to reduce the cumbersome hand work traditionally required with these types of jobs. By performing bursting and decollating jobs quickly and efficiently, Duplo equipment saves time, money, and manpower.

 

V-740 & V-760 FORM BURSTERS  With their host of standard and optional features, Duplo’s V-740 and V-760 can perform form bursting, trimming, decollating, slitting, or imprinting. Standard features include electronic length settings and fixed burster rollers for compact, quiet operation. A user-friendly control panel and two programmable memory settings for forms length allow quick and easy setup. Plus, jam detectors automatically stop operation, signer/imprinter with removable signature saddles for complete security. A center slitter, decollator attachment, margin chopper, and deep stacker all can be added to enhance paper handling, and the V-760 offers an optional interstacker that provides slitting and sequential stacking of two-wide forms. The V-740 offers a variable speed of up to 300 feet per minute, and the V-760 can process up to 400 feet per minute.

 

V-350 FORMS BURSTER  This compact forms burster can burst and trim up to 5-part carbonless or 3-part carbon interleaved at a variable speed 40 to 160 feet per minute. A belt conveyor and sequence stacker collects bursted forms at the output end of the machine, while the interlocking safety system protects the operator. Options include a stand, check signer, and center slitter.

 

S-5130 DESKTOP BURSTER  Ideal for and office environment, this compact, rugged burster quietly processes continuous forms at a rate of 72 feet per minute. The desktop S-5130 can burst and trim up to 4-part carbonless or 2-part carbon interleaved. It features dependable friction feeding and adjustable slitters and side guides for accurate operation, and a jog switch and feeding roller for easy setup. Options include a stand and check signer.

 

V-415 CUT SHEET BURSTER  The V-415 is the ideal solution for companies producing perforated, multiple-item-per-page forms such as checks, gift certificates, invoices, labels, and more. Pre-perforated forms can be fed directly from a laser printer into the burster, where they will be automatically burst and stacked sequentially at speeds up to 140 sheets per minute. The V-415 has a minimum burst length of 2.5" and maximum of 9.9".

 

V-570 CUT SHEET CUTTER  Uniquely designed to handle cut sheet forms generated from a non-impact or laser printer, the V-570 will automatically feed the forms and cut, slit, or perforate in the desired position. Pre-programmed for cutting six of the most popular paper sizes, the cutter also offers 99 memory selections for custom cutting applications.

 

S-875V, S-775V, S-675V DECOLLATORS  Duplo decollators are designed to decollate carbonless or carbon interleaved forms in one pass. The S-875V and the S-775V models feature a variable speed control system from 30 to 400 feet per minute and a powerful, positive drive system for smooth, reliable operation. Available in either a space-saving vertical design (S-875V) or a light-weight "A" frame style (S-775V), Duplo decollators offer pressure-feed rollers that compensate for different form weights. The economical S-675V desktop Decollator can neatly separate 5-part carbonless and 3-part carbon interleaved at up to 200 feet per minute. Its compact "A" frame design allows a box of standard forms to tuck neatly beneath the machine. NOTE: Carbon rewind unit is available as an option.
